• One postpartum planning call (2 hrs)

• Plus one in-person meal prep day together (2-3 hrs)
• Prepare 2-3 snacks/meals to prep, cook and store in freezer in preparation for postpartum

Package 3: Postpartum Support - $600 

• One postpartum planning call or visit (1-2 hrs)
• 15+ page guide to walk through together
• Recipes
• Referrals
• Plus two in-person postpartum visits (1-2 hrs each)
• Light cleaning (washing dishes, running laundry, sweeping floors, etc.)
• Help with meal preparation
• Emotional, moral + mental support
