Do you desire to give birth confidently, and as calmly, safely and gently as possible? Whether you have chosen to birth in a hospital, birth center, or at your own home, you can experience a positive birth. Fully informed and confident, you can learn how to relax and trust your body. Similar to hypnobirth, calm birth focuses on creating a peaceful, relaxed environment that empowers the woman.
Through education, deep relaxation, and special breathing techniques, you will learn:
to dismiss fear-based stories
to recognize misinformation
to ignore birthing myths
that this “pain” has a purpose
that you already are equipped with the coping tools
to see birth as normal, natural and that your body was designed to do this
